We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly staff, perfect location, cleanliness, and convenient parking. It was easy to get around the bustling Johannesburg area with the help of the hotel's transportation. The hotel facilities were also great, especially the spa services which were exceptional. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace during our stay and had a delicious breakfast every morning.

What a fantastic weekend! The amenities and decor of the hotel were outstanding, matched only by the attentive staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the great pricing for such a luxurious experience.
There were a few letdowns during our stay. The cleanliness could have been improved, particularly in the bathroom.

The hotel is in a quiet location but lacks variety in the immediate vicinity. Events may be affected by the limited terrace and restaurant availability, often pre-booked by others. the hotel is close to the business district and convenient for such guests.
The elevator is frequently out of order causing inconvenience during check-out.

Stayed here for Christmas and loved it! the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service on arrival and departure. the location was great, with easy access to tourist hotspots and great restaurants. the room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the restaurant had delicious food, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The air conditioning was not working properly on Christmas day, which made it uncomfortable in the room. we were disappointed by the lack of privacy in the bathroom due to the see-through glass wall.

This hotel offers an unmatched luxurious experience for its guests. the exclusive amenities, such as the private facilities and room advantages, were all top-notch and ensured a comfortable stay. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, making us feel truly spoiled. the restaurant served wonderful food and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day. the location advantages made it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
Although the swimming pool was beautiful, the water was too chilly to comfortably enjoy a swim.
